Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who have already done at least some inner work, but are looking for further support that feels grounded, compassionate, and honest.
My Approach
My approach is grounded, relational, and integrative — utilizing psychotherapeutic and somatic techniques, parts work, breathwork, yoga, and psychedelic integration support, with spirituality included when it feels meaningful and desired.
I believe healing happens not through fixing ourselves, but through developing a deeper capacity to listen, feel, and relate to our inner experience with greater honesty, compassion, and curiosity.
Together, we will create an attuned space to explore what is present beneath the surface, build nervous system awareness, and support meaningful growth and change at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and sustainable.
Who This Work is Not For
This work would not be the right fit for those looking for a quick fix or a “magic pill” approach to healing. No matter the modality, healing involves a willingness to go inward with what arises over time. It isn’t about bypassing discomfort or seeking immediate resolution, but about engaging with a process that unfolds gradually. This space is best suited to those who are open to self-inquiry, embodied awareness, and taking an active role in their own healing.
Certain mental health conditions and medications are contraindicated with this work. I will assess to help you to determine suitability.
About Sasha
Sasha is a certified Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator, Integration Coach, Breathwork Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor based in Vancouver, BC.
I work exclusively with women, creating a space to explore healing, embodiment, and transformation — a space to come home to themselves, rediscover their inner knowing, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been forgotten along the way.
“I hold immense gratitude for all of my teachers—those I've known, and those whose guidance has reached me in unseen ways. In return, I feel called to give back for all that I have received and continue to receive, supporting others as they step into radical self-responsibility, accountability, and ultimately radical self-love. I have learned this is where true freedom lives.”
